Course Description:
This two-day course explores cultural diversity and ethics in the workplace for learners at all levels, including employees, supervisors, team leaders, and managers. Learners will examine what diversity is, how it influences workplace relationships, and how to recognize and overcome stereotyping, prejudice, and discrimination.
Cultural Diversity & Ethics also addresses ethical decision-making in management and professional relationships. Learners will explore how communication skills support a diverse workforce and how ethical principles guide fair, consistent, and responsible behavior when working with employees, peers, and leadership.
