TELENA PARIS
Telena Paris is an educator, executive leader, author, and strategist with over 15 years of experience leading organizations across the nonprofit, corporate, and public sectors. Her work centers on leadership development, workforce transformation, organizational strategy, and professional education.
As a C-suite executive and fractional executive leader, Telena has served organizations in senior leadership, advancement, and operational roles—guiding teams through growth, restructuring, capacity building, and strategic alignment. Her leadership experience spans education, workforce development, community-based initiatives, and institutional transformation.
Deeply rooted in education, Telena is a doctoral-level scholar whose work focuses on leadership, emotional intelligence, trust-building, and organizational effectiveness in evolving environments. Her leadership philosophy integrates academic rigor with real-world application, ensuring learning is both evidence-based and practical.
She is also the author of leadership-focused works and a sought-after speaker, recognized for translating complex leadership concepts into actionable, human-centered strategies that resonate across sectors.
Through EL’EV8U International, Telena leads the development of CEU-accredited professional development programs, executive education, workforce initiatives, and transformational learning experiences designed to elevate leaders and strengthen organizations.
