Course Description:

Leadership is not limited to formal titles or positions. While some individuals may demonstrate natural leadership tendencies, effective leadership skills are often developed through experience, self-awareness, and intentional practice. Many people discover leadership abilities when faced with responsibility, change, or the need to guide others through challenges.

The Leadership and Influence course helps learners build the confidence and skills needed to lead effectively in a variety of situations.
